Terms of Service for RightCue

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of RightCue ("the app"), developed by Rinkal Chahodiya. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

RightCue helps you stay aware of self-chosen priorities while using apps you've identified as distracting. It does not block, restrict, or limit access to any app — you remain in full control of your device at all times.

RightCue Pro

RightCue is free to use, including unlimited tracked apps, tasks, and reminders. The Insights tab is free for an introductory period (currently six months) that starts the first time you open RightCue version 1.4 or later; after that, Insights requires RightCue Pro.

Subscriptions bought before version 1.4

RightCue Pro was previously offered as a monthly or annual subscription. If you have one, it keeps RightCue Pro active until you cancel it:

Your responsibilities

You agree to use RightCue only for its intended purpose and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its underlying services.

No guarantee of outcomes

RightCue is a tool to help you notice patterns and priorities — it is not a medical, therapeutic, or productivity guarantee. We make no promises about specific behavioral or productivity outcomes from using the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

RightCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rinkal Chahodiya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
